BNP Paribas Fortis change management
Industry: Finance.
Process: Change management for the introduction of a new CRM
Key Benefits: Speed of development, flexibility and .
A simulator of the new CRM application to be deployed in the Belgian Branches has been developed with Openflexo. This simulator has been used as a sandbox for designing videos and E-Learning scenarios for training the trainers first and then the agents in all the branches. A pedagogical set of data has been used with events, rendez-vous and others date related data being automatically moved week after week so that the trainees always have the same environment when they start.
The simulator is real clone of the real application from the user point of view. The user do not see the differences. It is a multi-lingual application with business rules initially implemented with Openflexo in 25 days. The releases required to follow the late change requests and update on the real application in its early phase were done by updating the model and generation the prototypes mostly in a day or two.
The experience was so successfull that it was replicated for other branches such as FINTRO after some rebranding of the layout and an update of the Business rules.
