Openflexo Mission Package

The Openflexo Mission Packages bring the power of agile methods and frequent delivery cycles to the service industry. It combines existing service specific standardization frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, COSO, ISO, Carbone Bilan, etc.) with the use of the Openflexo platform for agile model driven delivery.

Openflexo Mission Packages define a mission as a road map with Stages leading to Gates (Milestones). Each mission step is described by:

• Its objectives and activities,
• The files required to configure Openflexo for performing the activities: modelling guidelines, Openflexo deliverable generation templates, viewpoints (defining the Openflexo graphical modelling views), questionnaire and to-do list configuration, etc.
• The list of deliverables to be produced,
• Coaching.

Mission Packages can be customized to suit your own methodology and domain: stage-gates, preconfigured models, view editors, deliverable types, etc.
