This is the first freely packaged and downloadable version of Openflexo, under its old “FlexoBPM Business” terminology.

This version provided a stable release of Openflexo BPMN-compatible business process editor, screen editors, documentation editor. Combined with an access to Openflexo Server, you might also be able to generate prototypes and documentations.

Why is there a licence key?

Openflexo used to be a proprietary software which is now going open source. We are currently preparing the first open source release of Openflexo. Meanwhile, we already provide the latest version of Openflexo with a licence key.

 

2. Access to Openflexo Server

 

Openflexo Server is a collaborative SaaS portal that transforms multi-facetted Openflexo models into deliverables, e.g. MS Office documents, storyboard, rapid prototypes, etc… It is the “must-have” companion of Openflexo modeller

You can now try the Openflexo server for a 14-days trial period at the following url: Openflexo Free Trial Server

  • Create a free account using the the button located on the right of the screen
  • Fill in your information and confirm your account using the link found in the confirmation e-mail
  • Log into the platform
  • Save your project for the Openflexo Server using the ‘File’ menu
  • Then press the “Upload” button and choose your saved project
  • After a few seconds, your project should be processed and its consistency will be automatically checked
  • Once the consistency check is done, you can start generating documents and storyboards (only if the project passed the consistency check)
